Today I walked around Jimbocho a bit, picked up a couple of sake books I was curious about, and went home.
In the evening, I opened a bottle of THE SHOT Junmai Ginjo.
The aroma is of cooked rice and white fruits (melon, white grapes). The impression is slightly thickened. The taste is fruity, with a hint of white chocolate sweetness. There is a slight alcohol assertion. The aftertaste is medium to short. A bottle that can be enjoyed casually.
Picked up a few sake books in Jimbocho this afternoon and opened this "THE SHOT Junmai Ginjo" in the evening.
Aromas of steamed rice and white fruits (melon, white grape). Fruity palate with a touch of white chocolate and a bit of alcohol warmth. Medium-short finish.
