sato
At room temperature, it is crisp and tasty, both slightly sweet and refreshing in my opinion.
At least at this temperature, there is a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
Personally, I think it would be better with a bitter aftertaste.
It can probably be served either warmed or cold.
But I have the impression that it is best served cold.
I'll try it on the rocks this time instead of heating it up since there's not much left!
It's good. The bad parts are gone and it's easy to drink.
The umami flavor is still there and it can be used in various ways.
However, there is a slight alcohol taste in the aftertaste.
It is somewhat like an ice breaker.
