At room temperature, there is also a scent of gin.
The mild acidity from the lactic acidity and the richness of the umami flavor are complex and round with a short, clean aftertaste. The alcohol lingers moderately in the throat.

It goes well with Hakoneze's rich tomato cream sauce!
I would love to pair it with Tom Yum Curry or something like that!
I want to have it again after climbing Mt. Fuji. ⛩️
It's a little bit strong, but I like Laphroaig's aging as well, so it's interesting and delicious 😋.
