This is the second in a series of different rice from Amami.
June's was Hiroshima Senbon Nishiki.
Like the first bottle, it had a strong fizz and bitterness as soon as the bottle was opened. After a few days, the taste became more apparent.
I think the image of the green label is affecting my taste buds, but I enjoyed the fruity taste with a melon-flavored aroma and moderate tingling sensation.
