Eikofuji Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-zume Genshu LEAP YEAR 2024 KATSUTSU
This sake can only be drunk once every four years, in a leap year. It is made by polishing Aizan to 50% and has a sake degree of -10. Eikoufuji is a great place where you can easily buy unfiltered, unpasteurized sake. Moreover, it is delicious.
From the fresh aroma, the mellow taste typical of Aizan spreads and finishes with acidity. It is not only sweet but also has a good acidity.
The next time I can drink it will be in 2028, and I would like to buy it again then.
