It's supposed to be made to order, but I'll try it cold first.
In the mouth, it has a sweet aroma like freshly cooked rice and a delicious taste of rice. The aftertaste is slightly spicy and bitter.
If you heat it up to about 50°C, the aroma and flavor swell further, and the sweetness becomes stronger. It's a sake that you can enjoy as much as you like.
It's exactly what you'd expect from a heated sake.
