Enjoying Ko-Imari, which I have wanted to drink for a long time, in Imari.
The aroma is mild, and when you drink it, the ripe tangerine-like soft juicy flavor with a hint of sake yeast spreads out, the acidity is moderate, and it seems to disappear quickly. Finally, the squid's ears and belly were grilled with salt and dipped in mayo and soy sauce! A delicious ensemble ^_^!
Very similar to Niidashi Zenshu's heated sake. My favorite sake!
