Kyohime Yamadanishiki Daiginjo Takumi is a daiginjo sake made from 100% Yamadanishiki, the highest grade of rice suitable for sake brewing. It is a slightly dry sake with a gentle ginjo aroma and a full-bodied flavor. It is a perfect match with food and is ideal as a food sake.
It is a Daiginjo-shu that is delicious chilled, but can also be served lukewarm.
