In Morishima, the red label of Hitachi Nishiki is labeled as dry with a moderate sweetness 😋.
I've been cutting back a bit on sake lately, but it's still so good that I can't stop drinking it, so this time I put the sake bottle away in the fridge with only a glass saucer full 😅.
