A little sourness comes at the beginning, but you can feel the flavor of the rice, and the aftertaste is not so lingering. The impression is light, but it's good. Too bad you can only buy it in a bottle: 70%, Junmai, Osananishiki, about 2800 yen, Otsuka sake shop in Honmachi.
