Haginishiki純米吟醸 HAGINISHIKI NO NIWA

The second glass was a local Shizuoka sake, Hagi-Nishiki.
I had never heard of this brand, but it too was a slightly sweet, mid-meal type sake 🍶.
I thought it was less sweet than the first Ishizuchi.
It was a refreshing sake and delicious!
