ヒラッチョ
I had the impression that Sawa Hime was quite tasty when I drank it at an exhibition (tasting) I attended about six months ago through a business partner.
I drank this Hitogokochi Junmai Ginjo at the exhibition as well.
A friend of mine gave me a bottle of Hitogokochi that had been matured in his refrigerator.
It was produced in February 2015, making it 8 years old.
It is not a robust sake, so it doesn't have the feel of being aged to a high gloss, but it has a strong core.
However, it has a strong core and is delicious without being twisted at all.
It is probably best served lukewarm, so I'd like to enjoy it halfway warmed up again.
