ニ五郎(ニゴロウ)
I tried a sake from Yamaguchi Prefecture, this time Ottersai (Junmai Daiginjo 45).
I am weak against sake, and my limiter is around 10 degrees ALC, but I was able to drink Ottersai 45 easily.
Intuition: Mild sweetness in the mouth and a refreshing ALC feeling that goes away quickly.
It has an ALC of 15 degrees, but it is easy to drink. (This may be due to the fact that the rice is polished to 45%.)
I had it as a mealtime sake with dinner (Japanese food). It seems to support the delicate taste of Japanese food by adding shades.
I would like to keep a bottle of Otters in my refrigerator at all times. I'm sure I'll drink it again!
