When I went to the liquor store I usually go to, I was interested in the "Heiwa Doburoku" because of its pop label, and I found out that it was a doburoku made by Heiwa Shuzo, the same company that once impressed me with their delicious Kido sake!
Of course I bought it right away!
Because it was a doburoku, some of the rice had settled on the surface, so I shook it lightly before opening the bottle, and it started to foam up like carbonated juice 😱.
If you look closely, you'll see a warning 😭.
But when I drank it, I could taste the sweetness of the rice that is characteristic of doburoku, but it was also so easy to drink that it changed my impression of its strong habits and I drank it all in one go😅.
It was a night where I felt again the awesomeness of Heiwa Shuzo, ☝️.
