The aroma is quite subdued, but with a hint of cedar. Lovely. The gasiness is also very strong.
The sweetness is quite moderate. The acidity is still strong! This is it!
Too much acidity can leave a bad taste at the end, but as expected from Shinsei, it is exquisitely sharp and finishes pleasantly.
I am sure you know that Shinsei is delicious without me having to say so, but...it's still the best!
