I love brewing forests! So I was happy to find a new brand from Naebo Sake Brewery and welcomed it back!
MIZEN Junmai Ginjo
I thought it would be a cloudy Sake. I had an image of a "muddy brewed forest", but it was not so. It was sweet and in a good sense, you could enjoy it without feeling the alcohol more than necessary. There is no sourness or bitterness.
It may be a bit lacking for those who are used to drinking sake, but at 14% alcohol, it is a low alcohol sake, so it is easy to get used to it as a first sake.
