Delicious. It was recommended to me by a Champagne lover, and I was convinced. It has a sweetness, but at the same time, it's not sticky at all, and it has a pleasant aftertaste that's totally acceptable as a food sake. I would definitely recommend this sake to people who have an image of sake as a pure sake and are uncomfortable with it.
