Eikofuji Aizan Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu
Eikoufuji produces sweet and delicious sake. This sake is made by Eikoufuji using rare sake brewing rice "Aiyama" produced in Hyogo Prefecture and polished to 50%. The sweetness and juiciness of "Aizan" combined with Eikoufuji's production process makes this sake the sweetest and most delicious sake. The sweetness is not too strong, and after the delicious taste of rice, it finishes clean and refreshing. It is really a rice juice. The juice-like flavor of "Takachiyo" is similar to rice juice, but this one has a sweet and sour taste. Both are delicious.
