It is a pure rice sake made by Nishi Shuzo which is famous for the sweetpotato syochu liqueur "Tominohozan". The rice polishing ratio is described as 60%. It seems to be a simple expression, but it is fruity and has a refreshing aftertaste. It is not sweet, but if you don't like dry sake, you will like it. I thought it was delicious.
