From the moment the seal is opened and the wine is poured into a glass, a light fruity aroma like peach and lychee spreads. The next day, however, the aroma is reduced and the wine becomes slightly dry, and on the second day, the aroma changes to firm, deliciously spicy. The aroma in the glass is weak, but the aroma in the mouth is strong. The aftertaste is sour and sharp, umami dry to my liking.
It has a rice polishing ratio of 60% and 14% alcohol.
