Finally, I could drink it... Tobiraman! A light nigori sake made with Nagasaki's edible rice, Nikomaru, at 14 degrees Celsius.
When served cold, it has a light taste with a full aroma and the richness of nigori rice. It has a complex flavor with a good balance of sweet, sour, and bitter tastes. Warming it up a little brings out the sweetness and acidity and enhances the flavor.
You can enjoy it at various temperatures from cold sake to hot sake. ☺️
