The gasiness is weaker than expected, and it is a sweet and easy-going low-alcohol sake.
The SNOW we drank last year was the extra, but this one is a little more mature. It is a Christmas drink, after all, and it went well with cake.
My personal impression is that the lack of alcohol resistance, the aroma, and the lactic acid drink-like sweetness were similar to Shinsei No. 6.
And the bottle was empty in no time.
