I bought it at the first liquor store I stopped by.
I bought it because the clerk told me there were only a few places that sold it. I am ashamed to say that I did not know about it myself...
I drank it cold.
The taste is light and crisp. However, it is not that sharp and has a little bit of tenderness. But it is a good accent.
Next, we tried it lukewarm, as recommended on the website.
The spiciness and umami spread in the mouth.
The sharpness remained the same and it was very tasty.
