I opened a bottle of sake that my daughters gave me as a birthday present.
And I wondered what 24h was, and they wrote it on the back.
The sake is made from junmai-ginjo sake made from rice produced exclusively in Kyoto Prefecture, "Kyo-no-kiraki" and "Shuku", polished to 55%, and fermented slowly at low temperatures.
The taste is fruity and sweet.
It has a fruity sweetness on the palate. It is refreshing and easy to drink!
