別府の酒飲み
The first nigori sake was "Otosore" from ohmine winter in Yamaguchi Prefecture.
I remembered that there was a river called Otosoregawa (Otoshinagawa) between Mine and Nagato, where the brewery is located. It is a good name.
It was a great sake that brought back memories of astronomical observation at Akiyoshidai in winter.
The taste is muscat.
The nigori part is smooth on the tongue and hides the bitterness.
It can be served in a wine glass, but a small cup or flat sake cup would be better for this.
The last drop of orikori is the richest and tastiest.
This may be the privilege of drinking at home.
The similarity between this and Kangiku Aomi is that Kangiku Aomi is a kind of "chrysanthemum".
