The first cup of sake at a restaurant invited by a friend who said the sake was inexpensive and delicious. The aroma of ginjo is gorgeous on the palate. It seems to be brewed with a yeast called Sakura, a flower yeast produced by Tokyo University of Agriculture. It is a very spring-like sake selection.
