The first one 🍶 at Sushi Matsuura on Christmas Eve 🎄.
Suddenly it's Jyushidai. It used to be the only sake with ale, but it's been a while since I had it, and before I knew it, it was Junmai.
It has a strong sweetness like Jyushidai, but it has the freshness of new sake, so it is not sticky at all. It is honestly a delicious sake.
The fishing season for the Seshiko crabs ends at the end of this month. Underneath the crunchy outer shells are the inner shells and meat. Enjoy the last Kabako crab of the season✨
