This sake was served at the beginning of the month at a Japanese-style bar in Shinjuku called "Sake Cost Sake Brewery".
It is a slightly effervescent sake with a definite gassy taste. As one would expect from a sake brewery, they keep their sake fresh.
It is dry, easy to drink, and light.
