They use Yamadanishiki and a little Omachi rice for sake rice!
It has a full-bodied peachy taste with a hint of pineapple acidity in the distance.
Easy to drink with a moderate fruity sweetness with some gasiness.
Smooth texture on the tongue and a lingering finish with a hint of rice sweetness. ✨️
This was brewed for the Sake Brewery Marché held on 9/21. I was not able to go on that day, but I hope to have a chance to taste it someday...
The taste seems to change every year, and last year it had a more gorgeous acidity!
I'd like to try it again next year!
