The aroma is very romantic and Akita 💕.
At first sip, I got the impression that it was an Akita sake! I was so curious about it that I bought it!
It's sweet and tasty, with a slight fizz 🫧.
The Fukkomachi I drank yesterday was sweet->acid, but this one was sweet-acid from the start! So it goes well with meat.
And it has a nice sharpness so it doesn't stay in your mouth. ☺️
It's dark sweet and acidic, but feels dry and refreshing ✨.
I paired it with hormones for the main course, but it goes well with a surprisingly refreshing prosciutto salad😳
It's very defensive ✨I can see why it was recommended 😅
