Sanshoraku五箇山仕込 純米生原酒
hassy
This week is a special week. My wife is returning home with my son.
The refrigerator at our favorite bar is a treasure trove of excellent sake.
We enjoyed Aizu Chusho, Shinomine, Amego no Tsuki (moon after rain), etc., but drinking sake outside is not suitable for recording.
It is a waste of time to put it into words.
I am always too tired to try to capture the taste in words, but I would rather be numb with bliss.
On the other hand, I would like to leave the sake I drink at home in words. This is because I spend the night with a bottle of sake.
Sanjoraku from Toyama, Gokayama-brewed Junmai Nama-nama sake. Purchased at a reliable local liquor store.
I think this is a masterpiece.
It is fruity and refreshing, and the bubbles serve to cut through the sweetness without leaving any sweetness on the palate. So even if you drink it in a leisurely manner, you will never get tired of it.
I am out of entrée.
I open the fridge to find already-opened bamboo shoots. Unusually, there are about six of them left.
My wife, you're doing a good job of leaving them behind in this way.
