So here it is, a commemorative label of Koshino Umezato Junmai Ginjo!
It is named "Umezato", the haiku name of Mitsukuni Mito, with the intention of making it a "famous sake known only to those in the know", and is suitable for any occasion, whether as a stand-alone sake or as an in-between meal sake.
It has a clear and gorgeous apple aroma, a sweet honey flavor, and a smooth, smooth texture.
The sweetness of the nectar, the smoothness of the flavor, and the sweetness of the taste.
The sweetness is followed by a hint of sourness
The bitter taste spreads in the back of the mouth.
It disappears gently as it goes down the throat.
It is slightly dry with a full-bodied flavor. It's also good warmed up!
