Kaze no Mori露葉風 507

I opened a bottle of 507 today to compare it with the 807 I drank the other day, which is a dewy leaf style.
Like 807, it has a very fruity aroma.
It has a slightly effervescent taste, but it does not interfere with the taste, and it goes from a slight sweetness to the umami that is typical of Kaze no Mori, and finally to bitterness.
Compared to 807, the sweetness and bitterness seem clearer and more pronounced. The overall strength of the 807 was felt more strongly than the 807.
It is strange that after 50% polishing it still tastes more complex!
I think both 807 and 507 are distinctive and cosmetically pleasing.
I was surprised that the cork flew out with a "pop" when I put it on the table after drinking and talking or eating for a while with the cork on!
