The three days of the New Year are over... and today I'm opening my fourth bottle 🤣.
From among my favorite brands, I'll have a bottle of Jiran's Reincarnation ✨.
A nice sound 🎶 when I opened the bottle, but the aroma from the bottle was quite reserved?
But the aroma from the bottle was quite subdued 🤔. It was 🤔.
Pour it into a glass and it's sweet and sour with a slight aroma of apple🍎 and lemon🍋.
When you take a sip... the piquancy of the raw sake 🫧 is also modest, but in terms of drinkability, nice 👍.

I thought it would have a more gorgeous sweetness since they used Aiyama as the sake rice 🌾, but it has a clean taste that goes well with festive dishes 🤔.
I feel it lacks a little bit of the "Hiran" flavor, but the overall balance is one of my personal favorites 😍.
However... considering the price, I might not buy it cosmetically 😓.
