This is the first time I have tasted Manjusen since visiting the brewery in GW this year, and the first time I have tasted the Omachi version.
The taste is clean and refreshing, as is typical of Manjusen, and the sweetness characteristic of Omachi has a slightly spicy nuance. The taste is mild with umami, and the aftertaste is dry with a slight bitterness. We enjoyed it with yellowtail sashimi.
