This may be the first time I drink Snow Kayasha at home. It is Junmai and Yamahai, but inexpensive, and I bought it because I thought it was just right for weekday drinking 🍶.
Smooth on the palate with a fruity aroma, but a strong umami that quickly follows!
The acidity is moderate and crisp, but in addition to the umami, there is a sense of alcohol, making it quite powerful. There is also some bitterness.
