This is the first time I have had sake from Ibaraki.
It is one of the sake I have wanted to drink for a long time.
I thought it would be good as a mid-meal drink because of its refreshing sweetness.
The slight gassy taste was very nice and appetizing.
It was one of the daiginjos I would like to try as well.
