Compared to Ryoseki's Hana Yuu, it has sweetness, but it is clean and does not linger that long.
The aroma is like that of white grapes or flowers, and the taste is clear and elegant, without any peculiarities.
It's the kind of wine you can easily enjoy. It is delicious.

Compared to the Junmai Ginjyo Yukino Kayasha, also from Akita, which I had at home, the Suitama had a stronger aroma and sweetness. Snow Kayasha is a little more crisp. I like both.
