The hue is almost colorless. The smell is only a hint of rice aroma, and the mouthfeel is pleasant, but it lacks richness.

The taste converges at the tip of the tongue, and it is regrettable that the Alc attack + acidity + umami only approach the tip of the tongue.

Only acidity remains on the tip of the tongue, and it burns. bitterness appears on both ends of the tongue, but it lacks weight. the sublimated smell of rice comes in a whiff, but it is not Omachi.

I licked the vinegar and drank it, but it was different......the best flavor comes out when the tongue is in a neutral state.
I guess you can warm it up, but the umami is dead......room temperature is the best.
