We stayed overnight in Nara and stopped by a sake brewery.
The friendly proprietress explained everything about the brewery to me.
I was allowed to taste it, and I decided on this sake at once!
The sake had a sourness reminiscent of grapes and a ginjo aroma that came later.
Sake that is dry but has a habitual taste
I had never tasted anything like it before.
We are very proud of the sake that has been developed and produced through trial and error by sake breweries all over Japan.
