Akita's famous sake, Manzaku no Hana sweet liqueur
Recorded because it is made in a local sake brewery...
I wondered if it was made with junmai sake like the Mansaku no Hana Tamago Sake, but it was brewed alcohol. I thought it was brewer's alcohol.
It is said to be a "rich sweet liqueur like rare cheesecake.
It tastes just like drinking yogurt with alcohol!
Sweet and sour!
