Special Junmai Sake
You can feel the firm taste of rice of Junmai-shu.
There is a strong sourness and a slight bitterness, but it has a clean aftertaste. However, there is a slight bitterness that lingers until later. It seems to be less unique than I expected. It's a good cospa.
