Ukyo-san's restaurant third drink Caramel and nuttiness that only comes out when it is aged The strength of the stiff rice. Looks good warmed up! Aged sake from Tottori is becoming my favorite lately! Pair it with scallop fillets with crusty sauce and your sake will go down a treat! After this, we also had a bottle of Shimehari Tsuru Autumn Agari, but I almost don't remember it... It was an enjoyable sake.
