Appearance Sound, transparent, high, slightly yellow, medium viscosity
Nose sound Somewhat high, with aromas of yogurt, cream, glutinous rice, and white sugar, with sweetness and acidity like dairy products and a full aroma reminiscent of grains and sugars.
Palate: Sound, slightly strong, with a strong sweetness at first, but also a sourness, followed by a deliciousness. The aroma of yogurt and cottage cheese, sweetness like white sugar, and a rice aroma. I don't feel it. The finish is not short, but slightly sharp with acidity and a faint bitterness at the end (medium to sweet).
Junshu Sweet and mellow, but not dry in any way. It goes well with cheese and funazushi, which has strong aroma and taste.
