Poured slowly, it has a gorgeous, impactful aroma, which combined with the sweetness and gasiness, is so delicious! In addition, the moderate acidity makes for a refreshing drink. It went well with medallions carpaccio.
In the latter half of drinking, the ogara-mi was also available, so you could feel the flavor of the rice even more. The aftertaste is still refreshing, as one would expect from a sake that has such a clean finish.
