Sake made with apple yeast, with aromas of apples and peaches, despite the rice polishing ratio being in the 50% range. Slightly effervescent, fresh and full-bodied. Sake-like bitterness in the aftertaste gives it a sharpness. The wine shows nuances of Sauvignon Blanc and Sake from warmer regions.
