My wife, son, and mother-in-law have gone to Utsunomiya for an overnight visit.
While taking care of my dog and my turtle
I opened a bottle of sake that was recommended at the liquor store I go to!
A pleasant sound when I opened the bottle!
The smell is sweet, but not too much.
The taste is fruity but with a nice sharpness.
When tasted thoroughly, it has a slightly pungent taste on the tongue and a slightly bitter taste in the back of the throat.
The aroma through the nose is fruity, but it doesn't last long.
but it doesn't last forever.
The sharpness of the sake makes it easy to drink.
So drink it slowly and savor it.
