Manzai 70% polished rice
This is Ni-Utsuri made with Manzai, a rice that was reintroduced to the Japanese market.
I bought it because I wanted to compare the difference of rice.
It has a unique flavor of Manzai rice. It is different from the aroma.
I love Ni-Utsuri, but I can feel the taste of the rice well, and so far it is my favorite among all the Ni-Utsuri.
