As it warms up, a little bit of umami comes out, but it is still light and beautiful.
To be honest, before I drank it, I thought it was a classic light and dry sake that was typical of Niigata a long time ago. There is no doubt that it is light and dry. But this is much more delicious than I expected. Even though it is light, it is extremely satisfying.
If I were to compare it to Ghibli's "On Your Mark," I would compare it to the girl with wings. On Your Mark" is a short film of less than 7 minutes made as a music video for Chage & Aska. With Chageas' song in the background, it tells the story of two people helping a girl who has grown wings. This girl is beautiful, transparent, and even divine at the end.
