Mimuro Cedar here. I see similar labels a few times a year, but Natsujun is a clear sake. I thought it didn't have much of an aroma, but when I drank it, I knew it was Mimuro Sugi ๐Ÿ˜Š. Like a ramune with a bit of vanilla. Slightly slightly carbonated. Fluffy sweetness spreads, maybe a little dry from the middle to the second half. Slightly dry in the middle and second half. No matter which Mimuro Cedar you drink, you'll never go wrong โœจ.
